This company is awesome. From the owner to the technicians, they all really know their stuff. They are great to work with.
Never again! Charged my 67 year old mother $95 dollars just to park his truck in the driveway and get out look at something for 5 minutes and leave. Charged another $150.00 to send two "technicians" to retread a leaking pipe??????? Really??????? I purposely stopped payment on the check. Johns Pump better be glad my mother paid the bill cause she didn't want anyone mad at her (which I ended up giving her the monies for cause she could not afford such) NEVER AGAIN!!!!! My child and I could have retreaded the pipe for less than $10! BTW the object of the call was to fix the well...... $245 and 3 weeks later still no water at that property.
This company did some trenching work for me. He told me that it would be $1 per foot, with an estimated distance of about 300 feet. I also asked him to put in a hose line which he verbally told me would be about $115. I therefore estimated my cost at about $500 or less. I received a bill for $1,150! Admittedly, they sent me a text in advance of starting the work quoting that price, but I did not see it (my fault). But, that is a tremendous difference. When I have asked him to provide me an itemized bill for why the cost is $1,150, he has flat out refused and threatened legal action. He won't provide details because he knows that he has cheated me and doesn't have a basis for the price. Avoid this company or plan to be cheated.
Friday noon, well-pump failure, 15minutes after my call the guys are in my driveway, checked the issue, 20 year old pump quit service, after 40 min. the problem was fixed with new pump! Absolutely Professionals I can specifically recommend!
